BUDDY BREATHING INSTRUCTIONAL
3PD TECHNOLOGIES | MAY 2026
3PD Technologies is an iris biometric identity specialist who aim to create fewer accidents, tighter security, streamlined operations, and a healthier bottom line.
3PD Technologies requested an editor to format and clean up the provided footage, to create an instructional video for potential investors and buyers. Their target audience meant the final product needed to be formal and concise, to relay information efficiently and effectively.
It was a smooth process, they provided all the footage and storyboards to work from however still allowed some creative liberties in regards to the editing rhythm.
During feedback meetings with the client, it was discussed the narration and dead space needed some cleaning up, but 3PD Technologies was overall happy with the final product.
The most difficult aspect of editing for this project was a specific shot where the camera pans from the machine to a camera. The video was filmed inside a private home and the background for that shot needed to be blurred for privacy. It was demanding to create a moving blur mask, but the final product turned out effective.
